We are seeking a full-time Head of Partnerships to lead client relationship management for our growing team in our Brooklyn office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join a team of independent, socially minded, committed, joyous people looking to build mission-driven impact.


In this position, you will be the interface between our services and those we serve. You will support Good Wolf Group’s client relationships for individual deep dive programs, coaching services and workshops within organizations and companies. Driving everything from communications, sales, management, logistics management and creative engagement, you will be building dynamic relationships that represent our brand, values and offerings. This role will be expected to manage existing relationships, re-engage dormant relationships and cultivate new partners and possibilities.  We have an ambitious set of services to roll out, plus a set calendar of events and workshops planned, and we need someone who can be the right ambassador and value-creating matchmaker.

Our desired candidate is a values-aligned, industry professional with at least 5 years of relevant experience. You are someone who is simultaneously excited about the challenge of growing a business and doing the hard work to make it happen. You have experience developing the right systems and processes to manage client relationships, combined with robust sales experience. You possess an eye for aesthetic design and enjoy making sure all internal and external-facing materials are on brand. You are a quick-learner, able to become a content expert on the Good Wolf Group workshop offerings, and help disseminate that knowledge to our audiences. You are a self-starter who benefits from being part of a diverse team. And you have a commitment to social good.


  • Manage all aspects of client pipeline, including updating the CRM

  • Build and maintain new relationships with clients

  • Pitch services to new and long-term clients

  • Attend client meetings to build and maintain relationships and oversee service delivery

  • Partner with Faculty to generate proposals and deliver quality service

  • Create sales plans to generate new partnerships and revenue

  • Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them

  • Write proposals for services according to client needs

  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms

  • At least 5 years of client relations experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with a wide range of organizations and companies

  • Experience managing internal and external teams

  • A proven track record of managing client relationships

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive

  • Proficiency with content creation and design through Indesign, Adobe or similar platforms

  • Positive, helpful and collaborative team player

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness and availability to work after hours, as needed
